The Challenge

Asylum and border caseworkers operate in a high-pressure environment, required to assess lengthy interview transcripts and complex policy documentation to make accurate, defensible decisions. Manual review processes were time consuming, cognitively demanding, and risked inconsistency across cases.

The organisation needed secure, scalable AI solutions that could improve productivity and decision quality while meeting stringent security, architectural, and governance standards.
